- I’m facing serious battery drain issue in my all new poco x3 mobile phone. So, I have requested flipkart for return and techincal visit is already done. During the tech visit, the technician from jeeves.com and they just recorded the 1080p video in my mobile for 20 mins and he told that if my mobile reach down to 15% or more then only we’ll replace your mobile otherwise not. But my mobile reach down only 10%.So, there is no replacement is provided. But in real time when I watch YouTube for 10mins, it will drain 3%.So, I’m still facing this issue. Flipkart is helpless. Still I’m struggling.There is no recovery for me. They didn’t helped me to solve this problem. Please help me?.
