Text of Complaint by GOVIND PAWAN:

I purchased BT WONDER smart watch (fireboltt) from flip cart. The battery back up of smart watch is no longer lasts only within 4 hours. I lodged a complain on 18 sep 2022 for the same on online fireboltt service support system, Now till date they are responding on resolution of the issue. Fireboltt service is very pathetic, even they sent a mail on my registered email that your problem will be solved withing 7 to 9 working days. But today is closing to one month from the day i made complain. Please help me.
