Text of Complaint by Abdul Hasheem AA:

On 29th October at 8:30 AM, I deposited ₹10,000 into my BateryBet account using UPI via PhonePe. The payment was successful, but the amount was not credited to my BateryBet wallet.
I have made countless requests through:
– Live support chat
– Email communication
– Direct contact with BateryBet administration

Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no resolution or refund. This is a clear case of financial negligence and digital misconduct.

I demand that BateryBet instantly credit or refund the ₹10,000 without further delay.
