I have the subscription of prayas electrician ITI trade course. whenever l click the “my batch” option, it is showing no batch found. The batch is not opening and I am unable and take my classes. I have reported and emailed several times till now but there is no response. Please help asap and get my batch started because l have missed so many lectures already.
