I had purchased a bass guru JBL headphones which was in an offer for buy 1 and get 1 order. I got it delivered to 10 july but after opening I saw that the product delivered to me was not the right product which I had ordered. I want a return of the item and also want refund of the amount which was paid by me to the company. I called to bassguru Castermar care no but they also fraud. They ready to return my amount but they asking our bank details like, ATM Card no, cvv no, n also google pay UPI Pin no. But I am not give my any bank n card details. All are fraud.
