I am facing issues since the installation of Jio AirFiber internet connection. Issues I faced almost daily is frequent disconnection and Still till the date VPN is not working. I bought this internet for work from home purpose which needs Organization VPN to be used. As VPN is not working on JIOAIRFIBER, this is completely useless service to me. Please help me resolving my issue or help me with the refund of 17000 i paid for yearly plan.
