For the past 15 – 20 days, i am unable to receive / make calls at my residence. I am been following up on the same, however have not received any fix for the issue. They keep on extending the resolution timeline to 7-8 days
- I raised the issue on 6th Apr 1445 hrs – Reference nbr 90070271
Till date they have not provided any resolution and the issue continues. Today again on calling they have promised me of a resolution within next 7 – 8 days.
I have no alternative but to wait for a resolution. ( 9820277352 )
