I am writing in regarding an unresolved issue which is being going on for 4 working days now and total of 6 days. Firstly, I am Dhiraj Gridar C and my relationship number with Airtel is 1172688724 and my mobile number are 9900600385 primary number. I am on 649 plan from Airtel for almost 2 years now and my child number is also a part of thr plan. On 2nd July i recieve an OTP stating me to share the number to be seperated. However i never requested for thr number to be seperated or disconnected. I call to 121 and 198 respectively and raise a concern of Authentication fail as i never sharwd my OTP or i did give a confirmation for disconnection. But they were least helpful. I then raise my concern over Facebook (Social media) team. Now the resolve is under progress. However due to time on Sunday 7th July 2019 around 18.50 my primary number is also disconnected when spoke to these teams on duration of this 6 days they confirmed my primary numbeer is not due for disconnection. But it got disconnected in due course i spoke to 198 again to a manager who has reconnected my service. My child number 7619359522 is still under barred status which is not acceptable. I am afraid of my personal information which is with Airtel when they can cancel or book a disconnection without authenticating a person isn’t it a breach according to the consumer protection law and TRAI regulatory
