I have been a customer of Airtel for many years now. Five days ago I activated my Individual postpaid service before that I was an add-on in Airtel family pack. Someone supposed to come to my doorstep to verify my address but no-one did and they barred my number with out giving me any notice.. so I went to my nearest Airtel store to verify my address but there’s no-one to help me with that , then I called the customer service for like 10times and everytime they were giving me one excuse that I’ll get a call within 4 hours and I can verify my address through the call but Never received any call from there end . So I called again n now they are saying They can’t do anything about it . When I told them to port my number they refused to do it.. they neither help me resolve my problem nor port my number. So I would like to take strict action against Airtel ASAP
