I had opted for receiving invoices on my email for my mobile number 945092167. Airtel stopped sending me invoices and the details were not even updated on their app. Subsequently I had called their customer service and made payment for all the monthly invoices except the late payment fees as it was Airtel’s mistake that they did not send me the invoices. In fact, they are not sending me the invoices even till date. The app also does not show my invoice amount. In spite of several requests to reverse the late payment fee, they have not taken any action and have barred my outgoing calls and data inspite of clearing all the dues till date (except the late payment fees which is not cleared because of their mistake). Please do look into this on priority and help.
