MPL permanently banned me for cheating. However, I’ve never cheated, and have $70 of earned winnings in my account that I now consider stolen by MPL.
I received 1 warning when I accessed my brightness during a game of hoops in early december/late November
After that i received no warnings, and on Dec 19th was permanently banned for having multiple instances of MPL on the same device, which I did not do
I filed a review ticket on Dec 20th and it was rejected without provided reason
I’m upset because I did not cheat, have not been provided evidence of cheating (ofc there is not any), and am not able to speak to any representative to correctly resolve the improper ban or at the very least withdraw my winnings
