Subject -Fraud made by SBI.ATM in charge and CMS company.
Dear Sir/Madam,
With the reference to the subject cited above I Nasim Akhtar a customer of UCO bank Madhupur having Account number -31270110013571 wants to lodge complaint against Cms company and Atm in charge in regards with the fraud made by them and falsifying the transaction data . I had withdrawn 6000 rupee dated.13/05/2020..from the Madhupur SBI ATM ID (GFBV003033009)but the transaction was failed and I had not received any money, immediately I went to my Branch to notify them regarding the same and they assured me that the matter will get resolved within a month but that didn’t happened, so I compelled to take this matter to the PMO bearing previous complaint no. PMOPG/E/2020/0739087 andRBI bearing complaint no.202021018000839 even after that It’s been 4 month now but my grievances has not been resolved yet and I haven’t got any positive outcome which I expected,rather customer service cell are claiming that my transaction was successful which is untrue it can be legitimize by the CCTV camera of the ATM on the date 13/05/2020.
If my matter will not resolve soon I might take legal action against the bank and take this matter to the court.
Kindly look into this pending request of mine and do the needfull.
