Text of Complaint by Vinod Kumar:

I have make a credit card payment through cred app the payment is failed but money is deducted from my bank account, the main problem is yesterday is the last day of my credit card repayment if I get any extra charges than who responsible. The main problem is cred app don’t have any customer care number and they are providing customers support in the app but that is not useful.
