I am apply for instant Loan from Discover Loan app on 26.04.2022 after submitting all the documents & completion of all the procedure they allot me Rs 5000/- at interest rate of 0.05% in which i received in my bank account only Rs 2750/- and the repay tenure is 6 days.
I mailed them regarding balance amount they won’t reply.
Today 30.04.2022 one guy whats app me and told me to repay the loan amount of Rs 5000/- today otherwise i have to pay extra charges.
After that i asked him that why i received only Rs.2750/- instead of Rs 5000/- he told me that we are taking interest of 42% on loan amount + 10% govt fees + GST+ some amount for charity after all these deductions the balance amount will transferred to my account.
I told Him that These charges are not mentioned anywhere in your app then he replied me that tomorrow our app will updated after it i can see all these details on their app, and again he told me to repay the 5000 rs i told him that i will pay back the amount which i only received other than that i won’t pay you extra penny & I told him also if you want full payment then please send me my balance amount of sanctioned loan then he told me that if i won’t repay him 5000 today he will call my all contacts lists which i have in my phone also damage my cibil score & credit score as well.
