Text of Complaint by Runali Mogarkar:

I took a payday loan from Bharat loan application on 08th January 2024.
Due to some family issues, I was unable to pay a loan which is 12,000. I gave some false commitment as well. They ask me to create videos and mail them. If I don’t pay the loan, they will contact my HR and threaten me with a job. Also, they accessed my Mobile contacts and sent messages to my relatives and friends with my pan cards. As per RBI policy they can’t share my personal details with anyone. They called my mother and used rude language. They gave some time as well, but this is not a way to harass customers. Due to some issues, I delayed in payment. Also, my social reputation is falling down because of this behavior. 24*7 they are harassing me. I am attaching ss where they sent msg to my friends.
