I took a phone loan 4 months back from idfc first bank and have been paying my amount on time but they put bounce charges on my account then after confrontation they returned those charges . but now they have been putting ACH charges for the last 2 months and when i try to call and enquire no response from them , when i enquired to my bank that is hdfc bank they are saying to keep the amount there on time. i have been keeping the amount that is to be deducted from my account on time still they are charging me and now they are saying we cant do anything about the charged amount.
