Dear Sir/Mam,
My name Anjali phanse. I’ve done my graduation from Mumbai University.
In January I’ve enrolled for bankedge course. I paid 6000₹ as registration fees and I was informed about 18 months Emi of 6945. After that
I followed every procedure of eduvanz (loan partner of bankedge)
Till the end of april emi was deducting from my account in between months my father detected 3rd stage of thyroid cancer and due to this my mother’s health got effected so with all this I lost my job. Also when i was enrolled this I was not working still they mentioned my salary as 180000 but then I thought I will manage emi but after that somewhere I’ve joined and sudden incident happened after that i was not able to work because of family health issues.
As i get to know this helth issue I informed in office that I’m not able to continue as well I have contacted bankedge not one person only but 4 5 people over there also drafted an emails to them but I didn’t received any response from them.
In this important and highlighted part is that I didn’t attended any session nor taken any notes from them still they are not working on issues raised by me i.e I don’t want to continue your course right now family is on the high priority for me and as I’m having younger brother we don’t have any other income source for the same as it is hospital things we are in tough situation.
Also while addmission process was there they used to call 3 4 times in day and now they didn’t respond to mails and calls. And they ended up saying cancellation policy is not available etc …
I will request you please look into this matter as it’s very important.
I just had to pay emis..which was not possible as i lost the job ..
And from thereon eduvanz and bankedge people are calling me frequently and asking to pay the EMI.
They are continuously calling me for EMI and harassing me by saying our executive will visit your residential address for collection etc..etc..
Please need a help in this case
Please note–
1.I have no job right now
2.I can’t pay emi
3.My both parents are spent most of their days in hospital’s
4. I’ve not attended their any session nor I have their notes
5.I have paid 4 emi honestly but now I can’t pay.
I’m requesting you to please sort this matter asap
