Hi this is rahul kumar and my registered bank of baroda mobile number is: 8287736572.

i am trying to refund of 4500/- from bank of baroda on 02-03-2022. but the amount is deducted from my bank account is :4543/-.
This is happening due to ecs charges 295 rupees of Bajaj finance . I already talk to the Bajaj financerv of Bank of baroda .they told me please ask company of which u made transaction to them. They will refund your amount.
Every time I called a customer care number of Bank of baroda and Bajaj finance they told me “u will get refund within 7 working days. And the amount will be credited to your bank account of which u made transaction”.
It’s been 3 weeks.
Till now i didn’t get any amount refund into my bank account.
I also shared all details to their customer care . But amount is reflected in to my bank account but available balance zero (0) till now it’s been already 6 days
please help me refund the money immediately 4543/- to my bank account.pay.they
