Hi ,

i am using Airtel since 12 years , but other networks are giving free calls to banks help desk number or other help desk numbers , but Airtel is charging 1 rs per min , we are recharging 350 per 28 days for unlimited call and 2 gb data per day since, they are charging amount from us, when user really required help from banks and its charging extract money which we need to recharge .

some times calls are getting disconnect in between and the amount is charging without getting proper answer ,
