This guy is using your brand i.e airtel and acting as airtel customer executive to fraud money from customers bank account linked through upi in airtel thanks app.
This guy calls and ask for the query customer is facing and in the wink of helping he frauds you… Also he has systems to send requests to customers calling him for money and steals.
My sincere request to look on this issue seriously and find this guy as I trust airtel and as I’m a valued customer to you..
I hope this email doesn’t go waste as he can use your brand to cheat your valued customers of airtel to steal money I will also forge a complaint with consumer forum for this to take necessary action if in case you are not taking any action.
Guys think if it is you who is cheated over your hard earned money.
