2 fraud transactions from my bank account was carried out without my knowledge on 3rd July,2020. I did not even get sms of these transactions from my account, nor any otp was sent. Each was for about 1,90,000 INR. I went to bank on 8th of July as soon as i released these transactions. The bank manager filed a complaint, but so far i have not received any response. I went to the Adajan police station in Surat, which was not giving unsatisfactory response. So i lodged a complaint in cyber cell. However, I have not received any communication from them till now. I have nowhere else to go. This amount is huge for me (total 3,80,000 INR). Being a senior citizen i am trying to restrict my movement outside my home due to COVID 19. I am helpless now, please help me out as my livelyhood depends only on savings such as these as i dont have any other source of income.
