Hi, My name is Subhra Chakraborty from Kolkata. In March, I opened a savings account on the Slice app. Which is a small finance bank.Where the app gives me a loan limit of 16300 rupees. Where the option to take a loan is given. And I borrow 6000 rupees from there. They given me 140 rupees extra for 1st time borrow. And a few days later, due to another emergency, I borrowed 10300 rupees. And now my monthly EMI is running at a total of 1025 rupees. I have been given four months of EMI until this month. Suddenly, the transaction of the savings account I had opened at that bank for a few days was showing blocked. I contacted customer care and they told me to contact the cyber crime department, so I contacted them there as well. They gave me a number from Cyber Crime called Kerala Police Cyber Help and gave me their email ID as well. And they said to contact them by phone or email. I called Kerala Police Cyber Help, talked to them for a long time, While they were looking into my problem, they asked me to wait, I waited on hold for about twenty minutes. Then they said that fraudulent money had entered my account. But I have only transacted money with those I have transacted with until recently. At that time, they didn’t receive any money in my account, but now I don’t understand how those money turned out to be fraud. My account is still blocked in the same way and I am unable to deposit any money. I have also emailed Kerala Police Driver Help but have not received any reply. I have been contacting Slice customer care repeatedly and they keep saying that we have nothing in hand. Contact the cyber crime department. They keep saying this. Now my humble request is that you please look into this matter, and make my account freeze free. I am providing a screenshot of my account but I have more messages and call records of all the conversations I had with them.
