i have purchased IFB washing machine on 08-10-2019 and i have lost my bill and ,manual and recently i got a problem with my washing machine and same were complained to the concern IFB representative by customer care number on 22-05-2023, and the representative sent an service engineer after 09days , after he came to my house checked the machine and saying so and so problem is there and asking about bill and book other wise i should pay sum rs. 2500…….What to do
