I have taken loan 3070 from rich cash loan app. But only 1907 amount received in bank. Process charges and fee is very high. I have repay the loan amount, but the customer from unknown no said payment not completed and there is no option for updating payment in loan app. They threatening me, abusing me and call my contacts. Very bad customer service. They call different different no and ask for payment in different UPI I’d daily, harassing me, even payment completed. Customer service no and email in app is fake and no reply from it. I ask for bank statement which I repay the loan amount, but they never send it and pressing for pay again. The UPI I’d in app is different different and call daily from different mobile no. Please ban the lake app
