Dear saviour,

It is the matter of yesterday , I did a recharge through using Airtel Thanks app and Google pay to my brother’s number of 598.

Though it showed that money had been deducted but no message came to my brother’s number. I waited for 3 hours as I was instructed on the app. I called several times to the respective customer service but no response I have still got.

I wrote 5 emails to them still no satisfactory reply I was given. They are taking the advantage of the time of this pendemic disease ( CORONA) and misusing it by taking money and giving no service from the customers.

My mobile number is 9583222384 , my brother’s number is 9777664459 and my UPI id is –sibachoudhurybpl@sbiok

I did recharge of 598 through the link given by Airtel Thanks app at 10.31 , 11 April 2020.

As a consumer ,we face so many problems by retailers and distributors , I don’t hope this type of activity by a reputed company.

If there is any problem regarding App ( Airtel thanks) or any software then they can rectify that. I hope I will get the necessary service and benefits of my deducted money at the earliest by this court of people.
