I have Rs 81 balance with Airtel since more than a year. It does not allow me to use the balance to recharge my number, or make outgoing local calls or use internet. Airtel keeps telling me lies saying that I can use my balance to make calls and use internet. I am fed up after one year. I want refund of Rs 81.
