I ordered a nova straightener of rupee 525 and paid balance through debit card after that on the day of delivery my order has cancelled by paytm but not refund my balance.
I text on 24×7 for the solution of my issue from there they r giving excuses nd not refunding my balance.
Customer care is not receiving call.
