Ordered some electronic items from the website https://www.electronicscomp.com/ in most recent order in July 2024.
partially received items in August. balance items not received as i was informed there were some issues. I kept following up but balance items were not delivered.
on 11th sept 2024 received mail from customer care stating 10-12 working days amount will be credited . I replied to credit to original payment method . Value is around Rs.1400/-
on 21st sept 2024 on my followup , customer care stated another 10-12 days required to credit refund.
today 30th sept 2024 on my followup, customer care stated another 10-12 days required to credit refund.
lot of days taken but no refund. Also Telephone number – also is not responding. If a person getting connected, then he is not assuring refund or not serious on this long pending issue. I have also requested them to give me some other item vis-a-vis refund if not possible to credit after waiting for long.
My earlier orders since 2020 had placed 7 orders were smoothly delivered and I am repeat customer. All were delivered. This time I find something is wrong in their company or head of organisation. The purpose of this complain is to get my refund and alert other consumers to be cautious and avoid ordering from this website henceforth
