Sir I have taken tatasky connection in march or April for which I paid 1499 and they said installation and activation fee is waived off but in the first month bill itself I got to see that activation and installation fee is mentioned and while speaking to the customer executive of tatasky she also said that there’s no installation and activation fee then why it has been charged as hidden from total amount of Rs 1900 which I paid.
Also I can see that in monthly statement of July there’s balance if Rs 441.19 left in my account but still my channel package has been deactivated and asked to recharge with Rs 300
Request you to please ask them to reactivate my package and return the excess money they have charged from me which is if installation and activation. Subscriber I’d is 1312540667
