Text of Complaint by Pankaj Kumar Choraria:

  • I recharged my mobile number- 8013814379 of 598 pack(paid ₹548 after discount) through you mobile app, paid by using phonepe app on 7/4/2020. The amount is deducted from my bank account. However my balance is still showing ₹0 and I am unable to make outgoing call and use internet since. I have also share my problem to you by email but anvail. Kindly resolve the matter as early as possible. I am also attaching transaction details.
