15Rs. balance is deducted from my balance without any of my permission and prior note to acces Bcafe portal. I didn’t confirmed anything regarding this. This is really indecent, unsolicited thing is happening ; intruding to one’s authority regarding the use of rules, laws and regulations. Kindly credit the amount that is deducted from my Vi account.
