I started using iplwin.com(online betting site) a month ago. Recently the site went down without any information and restored back with some updates . Before this update happened i had around 2900/- in my id . I have received only 783/- as old balance after i had contacted them thorough online chat multiple times. I am not getting proper response from their online service. Please help.
