Balance getting deducted even though opposite person didn’t pick call instead cut the call. Issue repeatedly happening for calls made to Singapore number (my number). Attached screenshot of receiver where call is missed call. Still for caller-my Mother number balance of 10/- getting deducted every time when I cut the call. This is really frustrating my family as airtel service users. I have called to customer service but they say this is valid deduction. But I repeatedly tried to explain reality. They are not listening to me and asking me to visit nearest airtel store with documents. I really don’t understand how nearest can help me when there is system issue. Please assist in this.
