I had not requested any services from VZ-ViCMS and a text message came that “Hello!

Your balance is Rs. 13″ and ,how this is possible without my concern and it is shown that no services activated on my account.why my phone balance is deducting.I want my balance back and proper explanation from the concern authorities.
