Unknowingly while checking sim balance on vi app i noticed balance deduction by vas.
It was from bcafe portal and telesync games. I never activated any such vas.
There was also no message of balance deduction and vas activation.
I called customer care , they were saying i can stop vas to avoid further deduction,but not saying anything about previous deduction.
