I recharged my no. 9557530467 on 7 March 2020 with Rs.598 pack which was successfully done but while using internet on 8 March my account balance got deducted even I have data balance remain in my account and after that my usage of internet services got stopped and still have data balance but my internet services are not working and I don’t know why the company has deducted the Balance from my account,it’s very very disappointing
