I keep getting messages Saying thank you for choosing Songs, Thank you for choosing Games etc and money gets deducted from my main balance. I don’t subscribe to any such service

I have not subscribed for any of these. When I called Vodafone, they informed they cannot see any module activation in my account. Please look into this to rectify this at the earliest.
