My balance was 263.90 but not show my balance instead of my total amount it is showing 0 balance and after so many complaints they are not taking any proper responsibility of my complaints and paytm require kyc , I have voter ID card and pan card but paytm is not accepted my these documents as kyc because it is already registered and they want passport and driving licence which I don’t have. I have informed paytm all these theories but they are neither properly helped me nor refund my balance…..
Please help me I really need my money back….
