i shashibhushan kr mishratransaction id-012511870695my registered mobile no. on airtel thanks app-9015592509beneficiary airtel no.-9897094607date of recharge-04/05/2020 ; time 11:34amairtel payment bankcomplaint/querry id no. related to this issue -5815667sir i was recharging an airtel no-9897094607 by amount 598.by my airtel thanks app mo-9015592509. but due to very slow speed of internet my amount gets deducted but recharge did not completed.i checked the account from which balance is deducted and also check beneficiary mo-9897094607 but still neither recharge is completed nor my balance is reflected to my account…and even though many more complaints filed by me against airtel thanks app regarding this fake deduction, there is no any responce by airtel thanks app.so pleasw sort out my issue as soon as possible.
