i am SANDEEP SINGH
In my jio home page partner and earn with jio Become a jio associate logo is here and I am click this logo and go to play store and download Jio POS Lite app this app.I signed up on this app recently and went on to load money in my wallet 500/- rupees. Money deducted from my account by upi transaction jioposlite@yesbank but 500/- is not visible in my jio pos lite wallet on 27 june 2020.
when i call customer executive or jio costumer care on 1988 they said that don’t have any knowledge regarding this app and they don’t even have access this app.
I already has been waited for 10 working days but still seeking for my refund or appear in the jio pos lite wallet

Please help me I lost my 500/- rs
i will waiting for your reply and would be very thankful to you to sort out my complaint
