At 10 april 2020. I did a recharge of 558 from airtel app using sbi netbanking. 558 amount is deducted from the account but recharge is not showing in the app til now 11 april 2020 04:03 pm. I called at 121 but there is no option to connect with customer call representative. 198 has same issue. airtel.in is also not have any option to file the complaint. I cannot get back my money. I want the recharge done or my money should be refund to my account. I is just 558 rupees what could happen if it was more than 2000.
