On 31/08/2020 I have done a transaction of ₹-5000 The amount is debited from my account and still balance is not satelled in beneficiary account or back in my account. Due to inconvenience of network the reciver bank reverse the amount to me with same transaction number and same date but yet after a week I have not get yet any update when I call to customer care they always saying we are connected with you in future but there are no reply from them ..I also complaint to BHIM but they are also not accept my call after a long period of process to call they are disconnected my call
