My balance got deducted yesterday for bcafe portal without any prior permission by vz-viCMS. Whenever I recharge my phone number, VI deducts my balance for something or the other while I’m not active on any additional service. Vi has been creating such problems in the past as well. Kindly look Into this problem asap.
