Rs 15 is getting deducted automatically from my Vodafone main balance every week from last 2 weeks, the message says:
“Thank you for choosing to access Bcafe portal, You have been charged Rs 15. Your balance is xxx.”
There is no hint what is Bcafe portal & when did i access & there is no place to file a complain.
Even the VI app does not have an option to register a complain.
