My airtel mobile number is 09880035553 Karnataka circle and my email id is praveenmpaul@gmail.com. Airtel deducted 286 rupees on 28th March 2022 and 71.50 rupees on 2nd April 2022. I sent an email to 121@airtel.in to enquire about the deduction but the reply from airtel was that the email id which I am using to contact airtel is not registered under the mobile number 09880035553.
For previous enquires airtel has replied to me for the same mobile number and the Artel thanks App is also registered under this mobile number and email ID.
I am in Dubai now and I cannot call 121 to register my complaint but Airtel is not listening to my complaint through email.
Please help.
