my balance is deducted still the recharge is not successful and when i enquired the customer care expert then first they told that contact to paytm but when i contacted paytm they told that contact airtel.finally airtel customer care officer told me that the recharge you have done is incorrect but i had done the recharge according to plan shown to me.what can i do.they told that the refund will be generatrd in 7 to 10 days but i need the recharge now.i have a need of that recharge.
