I have invested Rs.50000 at Ptm Money for mutual fund-“SBI Magnum mid cap direct plan-growth” on 1st February, 2021. Till date order has not been placed to AMC and fund not allotted.  Many times I have lodge the complaint through Apps and over email. But till date no response.

Please help me to get back the money or allot fund as per NAV value as on 1st February.
