I HAVE RECHARGED OF RS.20 TO GET RS.14 TALK TIME. BUT THIS DOESN’T ALLOW ME TO MAKE A CALL. THEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE, BUT HE TOLD ME THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL XXXXX NO. TO GET THE DETAILS ABOUT YOUR PRE-PAID OR POSTPAID BALANCE. AT LAST I HAD TO RECHARGE WITH RS.49 THEN I RECEIVED RS.38.50 AS A REAL TALK TIME BALANCE.
I HAVE A COMPLAINT TO AIRTEL SERVICEĀ THAT WHY DO YOU NOT GIVE DETAILED INFORMATION DURING RECHARGE TO THE CUSTOMER SO THAT HE/SHE CAN DECIDE THAT WHICH RECHARGE IS FOR WHAT PURPOSES. JUST YOU WRITE THAT GET RS. 14 TALKTIME BALANCE ON RS.20. WHATS’ THIS….
DOES ANY CUSTOMER HAS FREE TIME LIKE YOU WHO CALL THE NUMBER XXXXXX TO GET DETAILS.
HOPE THAT YOU WILL CHANGE YOUR PLAN OF RECHARGE BY PUTTING THE DETAILS WHICH IS USEFUL AT THE TIME OF RECHARGE DO NOT CONFUSE THE CUSTOMER…. I THINK THIS TYPE OF THINGS ARE Fraud.
