Hi I have been charged twice for the service that I never requested.

I received a message on 22 Nov 2020 stating –

“Hello!
Thank you for downloading ppu_game from TELESYNC_SOLUTION.
You have been charged Rs. 5
Your balance is Rs. 71.08”

Then I received another message on 4 Dec 2020 stating –

Hello!
Thank you for using contentDesc,
You have been charged Rs. 7
Your balance is Rs. 61.2

Please look into this issue on priority because company might be charging this money from millions of users.
