After 28 days validity when the balance is not completely used..it would be ethical for the company to carry forward the balance to the main balance so that if customer’s balance fall short that balance can be used as its the customers hard earned money..but what airtel do is they don’t show it anywhere hence customer cannot use the previous remaining balance and it goes vain for the customer and full profit for the company. It is like they are stealing from the customers.
